GrainOn Launches ‘Kamut® Brand Mill Enzyme’ at Costco
[Edaily, Yoon-jeong Lee] GrainOn, a specialist in ancient grains, announced on the 25th that it has launched its ‘Kamut® Brand Mill Enzyme’ in a large 60-pack version at Costco Korea.
The ‘Kamut® Brand Mill Enzyme’ is a large-capacity version of the popular best-seller ‘Gold Kamut Enzyme,’ tailored to meet the demand of Costco customers. Each packet contains α-amylase with an enzyme activity value of 550,000 units and protease with an activity value of 1,000 units, totaling 551,000 units, which facilitates the breakdown and digestion of carbohydrates. Additionally, it is notable for containing zero refined enzymes and being produced through the complex fermentation of three domestic probiotic strains.
The fermentation process for the enzyme raw materials exclusively uses Kamut® Brand Mill, with no other grains mixed in, and it has undergone strict quality control. The product is also supported by an official Kamut® licensing agreement, ensuring its authenticity.
A company representative stated, “As this is our first entry into Costco, we have high expectations and some concerns. We hope that the same enthusiasm shown for ‘Gold Kamut Enzyme’ will extend to ‘Kamut® Brand Mill Enzyme’ as well.”
